today i wanna blog about the some common "difference" in east malaysia and the west....

people in west malaysia never order teh-c or teh-c-peng special when they patronize coffeeshops. if u order one...high chance that ure not a west malaysian, (their teh c tastes worst than plain water)...lol....their most common order is liang teh or barli peng...i guess it must have been too congested over there that everyone wans a cuppa drink that can 'cool' them down...lol.

another simple example is the word "lala"

u say lala in kuching, people will think u wanna sing...

say lala to any west malaysian, they will straightaway think of this clam or those chinese teenagers with blonde hair colour and weird hairdo's and out-of-this-world-style of clothings....if anyone of u watch blackie's teenage club in astro AEC....those girls lah...good example of lalamui's

oh btw lalating...not insulting u ar...jus wanna share info :P

in west malaysia, lala cai and lala mui means what we here call ah beng and ah lien...i tried google for ah beng and ah lien (lala cai and mui) but kenot find their pics...lol....can someone give a elaboration better than me on that? haha

but anyhow...i manage to find this on the net...lol...introducing, the lala clams!
above is how it looks like when its uncooked....below is already fried

i tried both fried lala and steamed...its kinda tasteless like the mussles...haiya..those hard shell stuff...all taste also likethat...haha..

p/s: i can find a pic of another type of lala(ting)...but if i put it up i think some1 will kill me ;p

okay thats just 2 simple examples....if i can think of more...i'll add later...hahaha
